This property is located in a small village 1 km from the centre of Baralla and about 30 km from Lugo, well connected by the N-VI and A-6. The plot comprises 9,777 m² in total, with a large area of land at the rear bordering the river. The home occupies half of a manor house and, although partially habitable, requires renovation. It is laid out over two floors plus an attic. The ground floor has an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, large kitchen with wood-burning stove, WC and several rooms used for storage and as a small workshop. The upper floor has a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a gallery with a billiards table that gives access to a large outdoor terrace with views. From the ground floor you step out into a second courtyard, with a small wash house, that connects with a detached outbuilding. The outbuilding has two entrances on each side and an open-plan upper floor, half renovated, with renovated exposed timber ceilings and access to a terrace with views of the land at the rear. It is possible to buy more plots in the surrounding area for an additional price, available on request.
