This productive vineyard is located in Monforte de Lemos. The estate covers more than 16,000 m², almost entirely planted. The vineyard includes an automatic irrigation system and wire-trellised rows. It has great productive potential: 2,500 kg of grapes were harvested in 2024, having previously produced up to 12,000 kg annually. The grapes are of the Mencía variety and are grown without preservatives, chemicals or fertilisers. The property includes a traditional stone storage building of 50 m² built area, with stone walls and a timber beam structure, extendable to 75 m². This building offers multiple possibilities for expansion and transformation, including use as a dwelling. In addition, the plot includes approximately 450 m² of buildable land.
