This property is located 2 km from the centre of Becerreá, in a mountain corner situated in the heights of the town. The estate has 8165 m² of land distributed across several levels, and includes an extensive woodland area with large chestnut trees. The ensemble houses several traditional stone buildings located in the lower part of the estate. The main house is a masonry construction distributed across two floors and an attic, which requires comprehensive restoration and structural repairs. The property has a large barn with exposed wooden beam structure and open front, an old stone storehouse and the remains of another building in a ruinous state. The estate offers a sensation of total isolation sheltered by woodland, with panoramic views of the high peaks of Os Ancares. The land is fertile and has abundant water. In the upper part of the estate there is a large public stone fountain. Becerreá is part of the Os Ancares Lucenses Biosphere Reserve, declared by UNESCO. The connection with the A-6 facilitates access to Lugo city (30 minutes), Pedrafita do Cebreiro (20 minutes) and Madrid (4 hours).
