This 180m2 build 4 bedroom quality townhouse with a separate urban plot of 458m2 is situated in the village of Fuente Alamo, only a 15 minute drive to the historical city of Alcala la Real, in the south of Jaen province in Andalucia, Spain. Large double gates lead into the fenced plot with outbuildings and mature trees which has the potential to obtain permission to expand the present structures or construct additional buildings. A short walk from the plot is the spacious semi-detached townhouse. You enter the property into a bright reception area with seating, to the right is a lounge with a formal dining space off which is a fully tiled, ground floor shower room. To the rear of the reception area is the good size fitted kitchen diner with a doorway leading to an utility space with outside steps up to a small patio area. A staircase from the reception area takes you to the first floor landing from where you have a total of 4 double bedrooms, the front 2 of which have access out onto a Juliet balcony. This is a lot of property with an extra large plot that could get permission to expand the existing buildings or to erect additional properties on the site.
