This is a great property in the hamlet of La Carrasca, near Martos in the Jaen province of Andalucia, Spain. It has a new, insulated, roof built on the original roof beams with concrete reinforcing. It has new electrics so just needs some painting. The location in La Carrasca is close to the town of Las Casillas which has two bars and shops. From outside the property there is a view of the reservoir in the distance. The front door opens directly into the lounge with wood burner and on the left is another room presently used as a bedroom. Then there is a corridor to the patio outside with the kitchen on the left and bathroom on the right. Off the patio there are some storage sheds which could be removed to greatly increase the size of the patio. Upstairs there is one big double bedroom, large enough to add an en suite. A very nice house on a quiet street with parking.
