A small wall can be knocked down to join the two zones. One part has an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room and bathroom. The other part has a small kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a porch at the entrance and a garage currently used as a storage room. The mostly flat land is planted with a variety of fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The property has all services connected, acequia water and Alberca (pool for water storage and irrigation). La Taha is within the term of the natural park and the Sierra Nevada National. This municipality is on the southern slope of the mountain range at about 1,200 or 1,300 meters of altitude, depending on the nucleus. An important part of its municipal area was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2007, included in the Historic Site of the Alpujarra Media and Taha.
