Pretty single-storey villa surrounded by a charming garden, this residence is located in an urbanization called 'Monte de los Almendros'. The property allows you to enjoy (from 15 June to 15 October) a community swimming pool, a tennis court, a padel court and some fitness equipment. The villa is ideally located a stone's throw from the village of Salobrena, a five-minute drive and other villages such as Almunecar, about fifteen minutes away. Going east, we arrive in Motril which is full of shops of all kinds, including an Al Campo supermarket (Auchan). To the west we have the small town of Nerja where you can visit the caves, the balcony of Europe, the Parador, etc.  Description of the villa: The living room includes a beautiful dining room, a stylish living room in front of a fireplace with a wood stove and an office space. From the dining room we access the night hall which opens onto two bedrooms and bathrooms. To the left is the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while on the other side is the second bedroom with two twin beds and its bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and percolator, etc. The residence is fully air-conditioned (hot / cold air). A Wi-Fi connection is available The TV is connected to the internet, so you can add your personal Netflix codes and more. From the living room, you have access to a large terrace with table and chairs. It is possible to park a vehicle safely inside the property. Enjoy your stay.
