Here we see a magnificent villa located in the lower-middle part of Monte de los Almendros. Its simple main entrance with details such as bougainvillea and natural stone walls give way to a unique hall full of details.At this entrance there is space to park two cars. Moving on we come to a spacious living room that welcomes us with light, a fireplace and large windows that lead to the main terrace overlooking the sea, the castle of Salobreña and numerous mountains including Sierra Nevada. From there we go to the kitchen through which we can access again to this same terrace and a storage room. If we return to the entrance we find 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room and each bedroom with fitted closets and its own bathroom with bathtub. By going up the spiral stairs we reach a large room with its own bathroom which could be converted into a large and bright bedroom.
