This ruin is on a plot in Los Monicos which is just outside Cariatiz and10 minutes from Sorbas and just off the road to La Mela. It has a parcel of land with it and you can build a 1 bed house. I am not a builder or surveyor but in my opinion it would be better to knock it down and start again as it has fallen into disrepair over the years. it is on the edge of the urban part of the village and permissions should be granted to build a small house.This is a project.
