description

Casa Teule is a spacious and characterful village house of 204 sqm, arranged over three floors. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining room with fireplace and a living room. There is also a sunny roof terrace of approximately 17 sqm and a private 42 sqm patio. The house is ready to move into, has double glazing and electric heating, and is sold largely furnished. The patio is sheltered by the old stone walls and provides a pleasant shady spot on warm days. The south-facing roof terrace overlooks the beautiful surrounding landscape. Casa Teule is situated in a small, picturesque village of around 30 inhabitants, at an altitude of 900 metres. It is rightly considered one of the most beautiful villages in the area. The impressive rock formation surrounding the village, its medieval covered streets, an old flour and olive oil mill, a waterfall, a small lake and three natural springs make it a remarkable place. Due to its historic character, cars cannot reach the house; motorcycles and quads can. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding, climbing and paragliding. Lake Sant Antoni is nearby and the ski resorts can be reached within about an hour. More information on our website Casalmonte.
