Paths lead through to the grassed swimming pool area and gardens, there is another outbuilding for tools and storage, also a garage with utility area for the washing machine. The mature garden around the house itself with many trees, including palm, Cyprus and fruit trees, provides shade from the summer sun.   Services The property is connected to mains water, electricity and telephone. The property also has rights to acequia (irrigation) water for which there are Alberca (water tanks) on the land.   Location The property is situated only a twelve minute drive from Orgiva and another fifteen minutes to the 'Three White Villages' the prettiest villages in the Poqueira valley with a range of shops, restaurants and bars.
