Bonita casa reformada con encanto. Entrando a la casa tenemos un gran recibidor que da acceso a dos habitaciones dobles y a otro pequeño rellano para la cocina y otra de las habitaciones dobles. La cocina totalmente equipada de estilo moderno cuenta con una pequeña despensa y el acceso por escalera otra habitacion doble en la planta superior. Saliendo del pequeño rellano damos con el baño completo con plato de ducha y acceso a la zona exterior el cual, bajjando tenemos el lavadero y otra entrada para la casa y subiendo nos encontramos con la pequeña terraza cubierta con pérgola de madera y con una impresionantes vistas a la montaña y al pueblo de Salobreña. Beautiful renovated house with charm. Entering the house we have a large hall that gives access to two double rooms and another small landing for the kitchen and another of the double rooms. The fully equipped modern style kitchen has a small pantry and access by stairs to another double room on the upper floor. Leaving the small landing we find the bathroom complete with shower and access to the outside area which, going down we have the laundry room and another entrance to the house and going up we find the small terrace covered with a wooden pergola and with impressive views. to the mountains and the town of Salobreña. Services Mains water, electricity and drainage are connected. Internet is available from local suppliers. Location There are two main parts of Salobreña. The first is The Old Town which sits atop a rocky prominence and is a cluster of whitewashed houses and quirky steep narrow streets leading up to a 10th-century Moorish castle. This is called 'El Castillo De Salobreña' which is one of its main tourist attractions. The second part of Salobreña is new developments which spread from the bottom of The Old Town right to the Beach. The whole town is almost surrounded by sugarcane fields on each side along the coast and further inland. Another tourist attraction in Salobreña is 'El Peñon' (The Rock) which divides two of Salobreña's five beaches and juts out between Playa La Guardia and Playa de la Charca/Solamar and into the sea. The last remaining cane sugar factory in Europe was located along the coast just west of the village of La Caleta de Salobreña. It closed in 2006. The transformation experienced by Salobreña in recent decades has been one of the most important in the community. Dedicated to the cultivation of sugar cane since the Arab conquest, the municipality is currently an important tourist center in the summer season, thanks to its privileged location in the central-western part of the Granada coast. A fact that, moreover, has led to notable urban growth that began in the 1960s and culminated a few years ago with the renovation of the oldest infrastructures. Despite this, Salobreña has managed to maintain the spirit of the traditional Andalusian towns, which has allowed it to preserve its attractiveness and, at the same time, improve the standard of living of its inhabitants.
