An excellent two bedroom cortijo of sound modern (2013) construction, located on 1.4 Ha of land, in a rural area, 12 km from Orgiva and reached by 3 km of good track from the main road between Orgiva and the mountain villages. The cortijo has 70 m2 built, and consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living area with open plan kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a shower room/w.c. A second, smaller, independent bedroom is accessed via a door at the side of the building. The windows are double glazed. At the back of the building are two small storerooms, and at the front a covered terrace. There are solar panels with convertor and storage batteries, and water rights, with the water from an irrigation channel acequia de Cerro Negro) stored in a cement water deposit of 20,000 litres, located above and behind the cortijo. Waste water from domestic use goes to a modern two chamber septic tank, a little distance below the cortijo. The land is two adjacent plots of gently sloping hillside land, of 6.662 m2 and 7,240 m2 , classified as irrigated olive land, arrable land, and scrubland. There are fine views to the south, the north to the mountain villages and to the east. The location is peaceful and rural.
