This fantastic detached property which is really spacious is on the outskirts of the town of Cádiar, is accessed along a short track and is set in its own, mainly fenced land.  On approaching the property there is a carport, a small patio area and a covered terrace, which is the full length of the house. The main entrance leads into an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is typically Alpujarran with curtain fronted units, marble worktops and a breakfast bar. It has a cooker with extractor above and space for a washer, fridge freezer and a dining table and chairs. The cortijo also benefits from a central heating system, powered by bottled gas. A short walk from the house is a purpose built garage, which could easily house two or three cars. There is also a septic tank located near the garage. The trees surrounding the land are mainly almond and olive.
