The apartment has air conditioning but one piece is missing for it to function. I don't use it. As for the repairs, such as the floor and changing a door and other things, I take care of this. This apartment is in an urbanization, which has a communal pool, green areas, a children's park, a dog park, paddle tennis court and a basketball court. There are two shops here, one called Las Colinas, which is right here nearby for emergencies and there is another one a little further down that is actually a mini supermarket, which to get there you have to go down the hill (1 minute walk). There is the motorway right here, to go directly to Almeria, Roquetas, Vícar, El Ejido, etc. It is 3/2km away from this urbanization to the beach of Aguadulce. I'm not sure how much is community, I have to ask since someone else is in charge of that but more or less I think it's 65 euros a month. From my terrace on the right you can see the sea a little, in general it has good views in my opinion. Good neighbors. Furniture is not included. The president of the community says that they are going to paint all the interior walls of the building. Well for the moment this is all, if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me.
