Very nice piece of land with a project (now expired) but you have an architects idea of what can be built on there. A nice villa with pool or whatever you like (plans to be submitted to the townhall) This is a nice area 8 minutes drive from the motorway. 10 minutes drive to Sorbas and Cariatiz centre is within walking distance and has 2 bars/restaurant and a small supermarket. The Almond blossom in February is amazing in this area. It is an area of natural beauty.
