Spanning across 74 hectares, this estate features a luxurious farmhouse built to the highest standards as well as seven independent houses, a large swimming pool, reservoir, fruit orchard, events area, equestrian facilities, caretaker house and various other outbuildings. It also comprises a dining room that accommodates 14 people, complete with a small table for children in the same space, and a large kitchen, along with a separate pantry, provides ample room for culinary activities. The master bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom. Another second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms offer access to a spacious porch leading to a garden area where the swimming pool is located.   The other seven houses, although each unique in their own way, share a similar layout. They consist of a spacious living/dining room with access to an individual porch, a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an individual gas boiler for heating and hot water. All with access from the central paved courtyard and exit to a private porch overlooking the outdoor garden area.   Located 50 metres from the main house is the Gallanía. It consists of a converted circular corral of 20m, enclosed by an old stone wall. This space has been transformed into an events area, complete with a large fireplace, an equipped office, and three toilets. There is also a mechanical workshop, a house with a porch for the caretaker of the property, a warehouse for agricultural and livestock use, boxes for four horses and a spacious hen house with a fenced outside area. Close to the Gallanía, a dedicated sports area for children offers a football / basketball pitch, a sandpit, and a trampoline.   Across from the farmhouse's entrance, there are two open-air car parks with a capacity for eight cars. Additionally, there is a nine-hole putting green and three tees at varying distances.   The property would be a great option for rural tourism. It has always been a family property, with each of the seven children having their own little casita (house), although obtaining a licence should not be any problem. The access is good and the location is ideal for tourism as the property is just 30 km from Sevilla and just 4 or 5 km from the nearest town. At the same time, the property offers privacy and tranquility, the main house is of a great standard, there is a good water storage system in place and, more generally, the owners have thought out every aspect with great awareness.   To ensure security and enhance the property's aesthetics, the buildings are enclosed by a perimeter stone wall spanning over one hectare.   The estate is supplied with water by two interconnected wells that feed into underground tanks with a capacity of 36,000 litres, located beneath the entrance hall and the chapel. From there, water is distributed to all of the houses, including a 3,000 litre tank situated in the farmhouse tower, ensuring uninterrupted supply even during power outages. Furthermore, the estate features a reservoir with a capacity exceeding 2.5 million litres, used for irrigating the fruit orchard and the entire garden area.   Mains electricity is provided by the national grid (Endesa) through a dedicated 25 kva transformer.   The estate is only half an hour from Seville, a 35 minute drive from the airport and eighty minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Huelva. Additionally, there is a fantastic golf course just ten minutes away.
