Spain Home Luxury presents this beautifully renovated monks' monastery, converted into a stately home, equipped with every comfort, in the beautiful old town of Xativa. The house has been restored by the owner, with respect for the original architectural elements, with associated decoration, and has its origins in the 13th century with the Trinitarian monks founded by Jaime I We enter the house through the entrance gate, which gives us access to an open patio that can serve as a courtyard or parking. On the ground floor there is an open space that can serve as an office or hobby room. In addition, there is also a separate place that currently serves as a billiards room, and gives access to the roof terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor shower, with complete privacy. We can access the 1st floor, which is used as a living area, via several stairs (or by elevator). A large entrance hall gives us access to the large open plan living and dining room, a kitchen (with access to the outdoor terrace), a guest toilet, and a sitting room. A stately staircase gives us access to the top floor, where we first pass the library, and through the night hall we gain access to a laundry room, 3 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom, and 1 bedroom 'en-suite' with its own bathroom.
