The villa is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a rain shower, there is enough space for up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms even have a king size bed of 210x180, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom and a balcony with seating. One of the biggest advantages of this villa is the heated swimming pool of 6x3m with Jacuzzi and depth gradient, making the pool suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge set and sun beds, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun. The villa is only 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor, so the beach is always within reach. Moreover, there are many shops, restaurants and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa. The villa has air conditioning and heating in the living area and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
