The house is located on a plot of 15.000m2, so it enjoys absolute privacy.  On the property there is a tennis court, a swimming pool with outdoor shower and guest toilet, as well as a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with seating. The upper part of the B&B is currently used as a private house. It offers a kitchen with access to the large living room, which in turn has access to the covered terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third bedroom with private terrace can be used privately or counted among the guest rooms, as it has its own entrance via a staircase.  On the pool level are the four guest apartments with en-suite bathrooms.
