Welcome to this new project of 49 villas designed by the Torras and Sierra architectural studio, featuring traditional-style design in the Sotogrande Alto development, just steps from the “La Cañada” golf course. What defines this new-build promotion in Sotogrande is the natural environment and the outdoor spaces that give meaning to the entire architecture. The project’s motto is “a garden with houses.” These villas offer exclusivity, sustainability, and design within a secure, natural setting. The new homes in Sotogrande come in three typologies: Patio Houses A group of 19 terraced homes located in the northernmost part of the plot. They form the “village area” of the project, with contemporary flat-roof architecture. Each dwelling is centered around a private patio with a garden, private pool, and pergola area. They feature three en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, while the living-dining area and kitchen are on the ground floor, flowing into the outdoor patio spaces. Garden Houses These have a more timeless architecture, with volumes combined across various garden levels and platforms that adapt to the terrain’s topography. The 24 semi-detached houses each have an independent garden and pool, plus a large pergola to extend the interior living space outdoors and enjoy the Sotogrande climate. Most of these homes sit on plots of over 300m². Detached/Individual Houses There are six units of this typology. They share the same features as the semi-detached homes. Located in the southern part of the plot, where the land slopes more steeply, these plots are larger—some exceed 1,000m². These villas include four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest WC.
