The ground floor consists of a garage, large terrace around the pool, porch, living room with fireplace, 1 showerroom, kitchen and 1 double bedroom with a 1.35 m bed.The upper floor, with access from an external staircase, is composed of an elongated terrace with access to:a) double bedroom with 2 90cm beds and ensuite bathroom; and b) hall, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 90 cm beds and the main one with 2 90 cm beds together), and a showerroom.Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room, in the separate bedroom with bathroom and in the master bedroom on the upper floor. Ceiling fan in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows.Pets are not allowed.
