It is an absolute oasis of well-being in Mediterranean style just 300 m from the sea, in one of the best locations of the Costa Blanca, Els Poblets is a so-called German enclave of the region. The house is located on a sunny plot of 410 m2 and is ideal as a holiday property, holiday rental or as permanent accommodation. A constructed area of approx. 110 m2 offers spacious rooms and terraces with a high feel-good factor. The location is fantastic. The house is located at the end of a mini alley very close to the sea and yet quiet, with a fantastic undeveloped view of the orange plantations and on the Montgo mountain of Denia. In spring, when the orange trees are in bloom, the scent of orange blossom in the air is indescribable. Denia can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Near the property to the left and right there are two supermarkets, several restaurants. Bars, hairdressers, nail salons and a bus stop is within walking distance. Since the property was intended for our parents, no quick botches or cosmetics were made during the renovation, but it was carefully renovated in 2022 - 2023 with high-quality materials VERY IMPORTANT! The house is solidly built and the special thing about the house is that the roof does not have a wooden roof truss, where here in Spain the woodworms would be very happy, but the roof truss was built of reinforced concrete beams. The house has VERY low energy costs. In summer, there is a very pleasant cool temperature in all rooms, and in winter, thanks to the latest generation air conditioners, the rooms are warm within a few minutes. All windows and the two external doors have been completely renewed, with tinted double glazing + special glazing with cold/heat protection + tint. The windows are made of PVC so that no condensation can form as with the aluminium windows. They were installed in the German way with foam and proper insulation. You don't find that too often in Spain. All windows were ordered with roller shutters and some of them also have aluminium shutters. According to the previous owner, the electrical installation including the fuse box was renewed. New and high-quality LED bulbs have been installed throughout the house in 2023. The outdoor lamps (LED) are also new and of high quality. The house is equipped with three new energy-efficient and properly sized Mitsubishi cold/hot air conditioners. Although new air conditioning units have been installed in the living room and bedrooms, the living room has a wood-burning fireplace. The interior of the fireplace, the so-called cassette, was also purchased new In the kitchen, the water pipes were renewed with multilayer composite pipes and a new silver-coloured Ariston/WIFI boiler was installed. The old kitchen furniture has not been renewed, because the fronts are made of solid wood in the Castellan style built by a carpenter. We thought it was nice and spacious and expressive with a Spanish feel, so we saved it with a new countertop + a new sink + a new water tap. The high-quality kitchen appliances such as a Bosch fridge freezer combination and the combination baking oven + ceramic hob were also purchased new. Everything is unused. The kitchen has its own door to the outside to the rear outdoor terrace, which is very convenient. This terrace is in the evening sun all year round and is not visible from the outside of the neighborhood. There is also a pantry with marble storage in the kitchen. The bathroom has a new toilet with automatic lowering glasses and new bathroom furniture with a large sink and a large LED mirror. All angle valves have also been renewed. Details were also paid to the covered outdoor terrace in front of the house and the wall was provided with high-quality matching red marble. In the living room there is a new pull-out corner sofa as an L-set with storage space, sleeping function and adjustable headboards, configured by a special order Two of the three bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The house has a practical and very nice layout: - The entrance is via a covered terrace (with winter sun all day) into a spacious living room with a brick fireplace. - At the living room there is an adjoining but separate large kitchen with a storage room. - All three bedrooms and the bathroom can be reached via a hallway (adjacent to the living room). - There is also a very nice roof terrace, which can be reached via an external staircase on the south side of the house. - Under the external staircase in the outdoor area there is a small storage room. Another storage room with water connection and with protected sockets is located at the back of the house. - A large parking space and a tool shed are located at the front of the house. The Mediterranean garden is very easy to maintain and houses a few treasures, such as a majestic group of palm trees at the entrance, a self-cleaning Alexandria palm, a fig tree, an approximately 100-year-old grapevine (Moscatella variety, i.e. table grapes) that we bought, a large pomegranate tree, a large banana with bananas, 4 orange trees, 2 large nispero trees, 3 red oleanders, a few noble striped agaves and a beautiful hibiscus. In the courtyard and around the house, the spacious areas were covered with pieces of marble The house has been repainted both inside and out with high quality paints. When it comes to colours, they don't skimp on price, quality and opacity. The house is barrier-free or wheelchair accessible. We offer a little paradise here. You don't have any upcoming decluttering or renovation work. All you have to do is pack your bag, just move in and enjoy your paradise.
