Casa Montenas is located in the La Marina urbanization, a short distance from supermarkets. The nearest commercial center is approximately 1 kilometer away and has several bars and restaurants. This beautiful detached Spanish villa is located at the beginning of the La Marina urbanization. The villa has a spacious kitchen, large comfortable living room, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms on one level. The swimming pool is located at the back of the house, which gives you a lot of privacy. The villa is fully furnished, well maintained and equipped with all amenities such as Dutch TV, WiFi, etc. In the garden at the front there are several terraces where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. You can park your car on the property or in front of the villa on the street side. In the backyard there is a large garden table with six chairs that is covered with a pergola. You can also use the sunbeds on the pool terrace. The swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump. For an additional charge of € 10 per day (electricity costs) we can have the pump turned on so that you can use the heated swimming pool. Due to the high energy costs, we are forced to do the following for electricity consumption. Mentioned rental prices include energy costs, unless more than 75KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.25 per KW.h. If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it at home to watch TV during your stay. In La Marina there are many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance of this house and a 10-minute drive takes you to the beautiful sandy beaches of La Marina or Guardamar del Segura.
