The house is secure with remote-control electric front gates and security lighting. In the main house there is a large master bedroom with super king bed, stunning mountain views and en suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The house also features a double room, a twin room and a family bathroom (with shower). A further bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom (with shower) can be found across the terrace in a separate annexe building. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. The lounge has 2 x sofas (1 x 3-seater sofa/ sofa-bed, 1 x 2-seater sofa), air conditioning, wood burning stove, 60” LED television with Sky+ HD and Sky Sports HD, DVD player, a selection of books. An additional seating area is located in the Naya with a large corner sofa. There is a fully operational kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, oven and large American style fridge freezer, along with two spacious dining room areas each with table and seating for 6-8 people. A laundry room with washing machine is also available. The outdoor space is vast, with spacious outdoor terraces and numerous seating areas. There is a 10 x 4 metre outdoor swimming pool with underwater lighting and 8 x poolside sun loungers. The house has a Sonos music system with BOSE outdoor speakers located on the main terrace along with a gas BBQ. High-speed wifi is available throughout the house. Well behaved pet permitted.
