Casa Maribel is a very well-maintained and comfortable terraced house with fantastic sea views from the roof terrace. It is quietly located in a well-kept complex with a communal pool on the outskirts of Conil. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is laid out as follows. The heart of the house is the bright and open-plan living and dining area. The modern kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and living area and offers plenty of space. The bedrooms on the first floor have built-in wardrobes in the room, while the third bedroom has a wardrobe in the hallway.  For summer evenings or daytime during the rest of the year, the most beautiful place is the large roof terrace, which has a fantastic panoramic view. A sun canopy provides shade. There is another cupboard on the roof terrace for storing the patio furniture. Directly opposite the house is the communal pool with a sunbathing lawn and several palm trees. The garage is directly accessible from the street and is also connected to the entrance area of the house by a door.
