It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and a sleeping area (with curtains to separate it from the living room) with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, as well as a living/dining room with access to the terrace, which offers magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool. The complex has communal areas downstairs by the reception where you can relax and enjoy a good book or have a drink. There are two communal swimming pools with beautifully maintained gardens. Facilities within the complex include a supermarket, restaurant, bar, etc. In the surrounding area, you’ll find all the necessary amenities such as a medical centre, chemist’s, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a bus stop! Among the many leisure activities at Golf del Sur are two golf courses, a marina offering excursions and a long seafront promenade along the coast. The Green Park complex is situated in a gated community. Parking spaces are available on-site, subject to availability. Furthermore, access to the pool area requires an access card.
