Located in the picturesque New Castelar neighborhood, surrounded by both Spaniards and international travelers, here you can experience authentic Spanish charm. The wide sandy beach of the Mar Menor, with its long promenade and lively bars, restaurants, and shops, is just 650 meters away (approximately a 7-minute walk): an unbeatable location! During the winter months, the property is offered as seasonal rentals, available from November 1st to April 1st. At Casa Jane, we have focused on maximum comfort, security, and a fantastic outdoor space, perfect for those who love the good life as much as we do. Come and see for yourself!
