Village house in Ráfales, one of the most unspoilt villages in the Matarraña region and listed as a Historic-Artistic Site. It is a house with two facades, both restored and overlooking the fields. The roof of the house is brand new. The property consists of three floors: The entrance (possible parking space) with woodshed, cellar, and the old stable with exit to the back. The first floor, completely restored and fitted out as a home, consists of: two bedrooms, one of them with a dressing room and balcony overlooking the countryside, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a living room with lush views of the mountains. The living room opens onto a terrace with the same views of the orchards and mountains. On this first floor the floors are made of pine wood. The second floor (third floor), in the form of an attic, is an open and bright space that faces both sides of the house. On this floor there is a new bathroom with shower. This last part of the house has been restored very recently: the walls have been plastered, cement has been put on the floor and the new electrical installation has been made. It's a loft-like space with lots of possibilities. The house has a heating system with radiators that run on propane gas and a wood burning fireplace in the living room that works great. It is a house to move into now and enjoy a healthy and bucolic village life.
