Turning right from the kitchen, there is a large open living area, with windows facing south towards the views over the Pontevedra estuary and the island of Tambo. Towards the north end of the house we find a run of four bedrooms, sharing two bathrooms, designed to imitate the form of a boat. Up the stairs to the first floor we find a spacious living area, with room to be used as an office, and the main bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe area. From this level, we can reach the outside areas via a wooden deck to enjoy the fresh countryside air. In the garden we find lawned areas surrounding a salt-water pool, which takes advantage of the sea views, and a granary which has been preserved and converted into a chill out area with views, perfect for reading or even as a play area for the kids. No expense has been spared on the renovation of this quaint and original stone house, and design, style and top-end materials are at the forefront.
