Casa Barrio Bermusa is a 2 bedroom village house, located in the quiet hamlet of Rio Bermusa, not far from the village of Vinuela with all of its amenities and just a 15 minute drive to the town of Velez Malaga. The garage has electric and water, it is a great size with room for 3 cars. The house itself is on the next level, above the garage with a nice terrace, shaded vine area and views to Mount Maroma and the surrounding area. The lounge is a good size and is located just off of the entrance hall, there is a woodburner and a dual AC unit. The kitchen has ample storage space with solid wood units and granite work tops. There are two good size bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and there is a general bathroom.
