Typical village house in a village of the Axarquía (La Zubia), very close to the reservoir of La Viñuela and about 30 minutes from the coast.  It has a closed garage and a concrete patio planted with different trees that gives access to the house and the rest of the plot.  The house is accessed by a large porch with unobstructed views.
