Dils Lucas Fox presents this stunning 18th-century historic country house in the heart of the Gironès region, surrounded by cultivated fields and Mediterranean nature. It represents an exceptional opportunity to develop a unique restoration project in one of Girona's most sought-after areas . The property boasts a built area exceeding 2,460 m² and sits on 27.5 hectares of land. It is presented for restoration, but retains the essence of grand Catalan manor houses, with stone walls, high ceilings, original fireplaces, a traditional oven, and spacious rooms. La Finca comprises a main country house and two separate dwellings, totaling 17 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms distributed across several buildings. The spaciousness and versatile layout offer numerous possibilities for refurbishment : an exclusive private residence, an elegant boutique hotel, a wellness retreat, an equestrian project, or a multigenerational family-friendly building . Among its most unique features is an original private chapel, a space steeped in history. Exterior, La Finca boasts a swimming pool with a pergola and changing rooms, a separate summer dining room , a tennis court, extensive gardens, and numerous outbuildings such as barns, storage sheds, and sheds. It has 23 hectares of agricultural land currently used for cultivation, which further expands the property's potential, as it offers the possibility of developing agricultural, wine, livestock or self-sufficiency projects. A property of enormous heritage and architectural value, ideal for those seeking to restore a unique building with character in the heart of the inland Costa Brava, in an environment of absolute privacy and natural beauty.
