On this occasion we present this beautiful property with a Tourist License that is located within the medieval wall of Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar. This wall has been declared a historical and artistic heritage, located at the end of Tossa de Mar, next to the sea and surrounded by nature. In this area we can enjoy the Vila Vella museum, the Tossa de Mar lighthouse, several restaurants and artists' workshops. It is one of the oldest and most authentic fishermen's houses in Vila Vella, completely renovated and equipped with antique elements. It has a structure of tossa stone walls half a meter thick, which give it an ideal temperature, very cosy and spacious. The house is distributed over two floors as follows: On the ground floor we find a kitchen open to a daily dining area, a complete bathroom with shower and a spacious and comfortable living room. On the upper floor we find 2 triple bedrooms (in one there is a double bed and a single bed, in the other there is a bunk bed and a single bed). We also find on this first floor a complete bathroom with bathtub. In addition, this property has an attic (or gulfs) in which a double bed also enters.
