Lucas Fox presents this rustic building , ideal as a refurbishment project, located in an idyllic setting, in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests and meadows a few minutes from the city of Olot. The building is made up of two buildings, a main house and a barn with a total of 900 m² built, located within a plot with an area of 29.5 hectares. In it, we find a large area of forest in the northern part of the building and a part of fields that are distributed around the buildings. The country house must be restored in its entirety, with the exception of the roof of the haystack, which was recently rehabilitated, and some roofs of the main property .
