Lucas Fox presents this new build sustainable house located in Premià de Dalt. The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan space with an open kitchen, dining room and living room that greets us upon entering. The kitchen overlooks a backyard, while the living room with its large windows has direct access to the garden and the communal area with a pool shared between three neighbors. Going up the stairs, we reach the first floor where we find the night area.
