Cosy house in the village of Selva, 140m2 built and distributed in ground floor + 2 floors and 2 terraces. The roof terrace has 360º of stunning views to the village, mountains and the natural environment. We enter the lovely house by the living room, kitchen and 1 big bathroom. The ceiling of the kitchen is made of safety glass so much more light comes in and we also have a view of the upper sitting area. Arriving at the first floor we reach directly the second living area which leads to another bedroom, 1 bedroom that could be used as an alternative office with storage room, a dressing area and 1 bathroom. On the second floor there's the spacious master bedroom with access to the terrace at the same level and to the roof terrace with spectacular views. The house has been carefully refurbished, it has antique tiles throughout, air conditioning hot/cold in the bedrooms, a pellet stove, 2 chimneys and double glazing. Selva is a beautiful little village in Mallorca, filled with history. Its 13th century Gothic church dedicated to the patron saint of the village, San Lorenzo, stands out and, according to popular belief, it is at an altitude at its highest point equal to the Plaza de Lluc. It's only 4 km to Inca and about 20 minutes drive to Palma. The nearest coast area is Port Alcudia.
