SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 TO JUNE 30, 2027 MARINA DE LA DUQUESA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX - DIRECT BEACH ACCESS MANDATORY BASIC CONDITIONS: - Only for a maximum of 1 or 2 adults. - Only 10-month seasonal rental, NON-RENEWABLE. - Rental period from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. - No pets (dogs or cats) allowed by order of the landlord. - Reservation payment must be made within 24 / 48 hours following the visit. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1.- Permanent or long-term employment contract with net income corresponding to the amount of rent plus expenses. 2.- You must present a work contract with a minimum seniority of 6 months and a net salary of at least €2600 per month. 3.- Only work contracts of the person(s) who will live in the property are accepted. 4.- Work contracts or payments from third parties are not accepted.
