It is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator and a communal pool. It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the island during the winter months. It is currently rented; it can be reserved directly or it can be visited from October 31st. It is rented to people with a permanent job and a payroll or demonstrable solvency. To move in, 10 monthly installments must be paid in advance, corresponding to: 7 months' rent, 2 months' legal deposit, and (1 month's agency fee + VAT).
