(Approximately 100 per month for water, Wi-Fi and gas.) Electricity depends on consumption; the studio has its own meter, but it will be less than approximately 100 per month. To arrange a viewing, we need you to share the following information with us in writing via this advert: who will be living in the flat? Number of adults? Children? Pets? How many and what type of pets? And what exactly is your job, annual employment with payslips? Self-employed? We need this information so that the owner can grant us an appointment to view it.  Without detailed information about their jobs, the owner will not allow us to show them.
