It is rented to people with a job or demonstrable solvency. To move in for individual months, you must pay 1 months rent + 100 for utilities + 120 for final cleaning + 1,000 legal deposit. To move in for the entire winter season, you must pay 3 months worth: 1 month rent + 1 month deposit + 1 month agency fee (+ VAT). How many and what kind of pets? And exactly what kind of job do they have, annual job with paychecks? Self-employed?
