description

A very well looked after semi detached villa which is over looking a beautiful park and is South facing. The property has 3 bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor and a bathroom on each floor. There is no community and the beach is only 500 meters away from the property. The location is fabulous as having the large park infront of the property makes it very private and quiet and within 600 meters you have bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket, not to mention a short bicycle trip to the main towns of either San Pedro de Salinas or Pilar de la Horadada.
