Finca with a total area of 37.200 m2 (3.72 hectares). The property is located about 6 kilometers from the village of Maella and consists of two parts. In the part that is located in the valley, there are almond trees and a little house 'caseta' of 19 m2 with a covered terrace of 11 m2. This part has an area of a little more than 1.6 hectares. The almond trees are in full production, although it is not mandatory to maintain the orchard.
