Finca with water connection in Caspe with a plot area of 16.000 m2. The finca has two masses and a caseta. The masses are made of natural stone and the caseta is made of bricks. The large refrigerator works on solar panels and the heating works on gas and solar panels. At a higher point of the finca there are two reservoirs with a capacity of 2.000 litres. The reservoirs are filled with water that is pumped up from the irrigation canal. By gravity the water enters the house and is used in the bathroom and kitchen. The caseta, which is further away, has an area of 22 m2. Inside there is a fireplace and the house has a canopy of 8 m2. Next to this caseta there is a smaller mas of 15 m2, with concrete support beams and a fireplace. It is possible to completely renovate the caseta and the small mas and use them as a guest house, studio or storage space. The finca consists of 14 terraces where grain grows and higher up there are a number of olive trees. The land would also be ideal for a vegetable garden and/or fruit trees. There is a well-functioning irrigation system that brings water to all the terraces. The finca is easily accessible by car and is located at the end of the track. There is a beautiful view and there is lots of privacy. The finca is only one kilometer away from the paved road and three kilometers from the town of Caspe. The river Guadalope is about 700 meters from the finca.
