The buildings are designed to be the workshop and studio of the famous sculptor José Miguel Abril, so the concept of the construction is understood as a work of art in itself. The two smoke vents and the ventilation of the house are two sculptural chimneys, works by José Miguel Abril himself, which provide a unique artistic value to the building.
