With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. Two bedrooms feature comfortable king-size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious rain showers for added comfort. Enjoy the outdoors The outdoor area is a real eye-catcher. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool (6x3 meters) with an integrated jacuzzi or relax on one of the sun loungers. Around the pool, you'll find a cozy dining area and comfortable sofas. Swim, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors. Perfect Location The villa enjoys a prime location: just 2.5 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor lagoon. In just a few minutes, you'll reach inviting restaurants, shops, and the area's vibrant nightlife. Everything you need is within easy reach. Fully Equipped and Worry-Free Stay The property features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, ensuring year-round comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and sandwich maker. A washing machine is also provided. For added convenience, a wine fridge and a handy shopping trolley are also included. Additional Amenities for Families Little ones have been considered too: a cot and high chair are provided so the whole family can enjoy a worry-free stay. Explore the Surroundings For a day of shopping, the Dos Mares and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centers are nearby. The picturesque villages in the surrounding area are waiting to be explored – from tapas bars to secluded beaches. Heated Pool (Seasonal) Our property features pool heating, ideal for a comfortable swimming experience during the transitional months (October, November, March, and April). Please note that it takes approximately 4 days to reach the desired temperature, making the heating system less suitable for short rental periods. At temperatures below 10°C, the heating automatically switches off, so it is not possible to heat the pool during the winter months. An electricity surcharge of approximately €5-15 per day, depending on consumption, will be charged for using the pool heating.
