CONDITIONS Although the other casitas are rented independently, this house enjoys complete privacy and exclusive use of the outdoor areas. The entire house with two casitas can be rented, under different conditions and only for annual rentals. The third casita is occupied by the caretaker. This property is available exclusively to tenants with an employment contract and payroll, or demonstrable financial solvency. To formalize the rental, the full advance payment + 10,000 deposit + 6,000 agency fee + VAT are required. Utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) are not included in the rental price.
