2-star family hotel located in the centre of the town, within walking distance of all services and just 500m from the beautiful beaches of Llançà. The last renovation took place in 2006, this small and cozy hotel was in operation from 1971 to 2019, coinciding with the retirement of the property with the beginning of the covid pandemic. The building has 3 floors and a total of 31 exterior rooms with private bathrooms and 49 beds. On the ground floor we find a beautiful and typical entrance hall, reception, office, bar, a very spacious and diaphanous room, with good natural light that serves as: dining room with capacity for up to 120 people, convention room, entertainment and dance room, etc. The rooms are configured as follows: 14 Double rooms 8 Double bedrooms 7 Single rooms 2 Family Rooms On the top floor of the building is the laundry, and a large and pleasant roof terrace that could be used as a common meeting space, chill-out.
