A PLOT WITH HISTORY. AN INVESTMENT WITH A FUTURE. I am Paula from VIPKEL, and today I present to you a plot of land that was part of the business HISTORY of Boiro. Located in Egipto, Abanqueiro, this enclave housed the old Las Pirámides ceramic factory from the late 1950s. Decades later, NATURE has reclaimed its space, leaving behind, amidst the vegetation, the remains of an industrial activity that once brought this place to life. Today, this land awaits a second OPPORTUNITY. Can you imagine transforming this space into a unique TOURIST or recreational PROJECT in the area? Its POTENTIAL invites you to explore different investment opportunities: from a campsite or a glamping concept to outdoor sports facilities or spaces dedicated to recreational activities. Coastal regulations allow for certain uses of this nature, subject to urban planning conditions and the corresponding authorizations. An opportunity to study a business model that combines nature, experiences, and a historical identity that is difficult to replicate. A space where you can develop a DIFFERENT CONCEPT, recover the value of a forgotten place, and turn it into a NEW BENCHMARK for leisure or tourism in the municipality of Boiro. The pyramids have already had their first life. Will you be the one to give them their second? VIPKEL CONSULTING SERVICES - The ONLY Galician and Spanish agency awarded for: • Excellence Award.
