These are two separate plots of land, on which either two houses with over 1000m² of built-up area each could be built, or a single gigantic house of superlatives could be built by merging the two parcels. The orientation is south-west. In any case, from both plots with south-west orientation one enjoys an unmatched sea view all the way to the Malgrats Islands. Most of the excavation has already been done. The two plots are sold exclusively as a package.  The exact size of the plots is 3,136m² and 3,028 m² respectively.
